Xing Yi Quan
Direct Power & Internal Strength
Xing Yi Quan, meaning Form-Intention Fist, is one of the oldest internal martial arts of China. Known for its straightforward, powerful techniques, Xing Yi combines explosive strikes with rooted stances and focused intention. Its movements are based on the five elements (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth) and twelve animal forms, each developing specific combat skills and mental qualities. Xing Yi is both a practical self-defence system and a profound method for cultivating internal power (nei jin), mental clarity, and physical resilience.
