ACCOMMODATION & MEALS

Comfortable stay after training

Accommodation is provided in selected 3–4 star hotels, including the International Shaolin Dragon Academy Hotel or an equivalent selected hotel.

Rooms may include private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, television, telephone and single or twin beds. Breakfast is normally buffet style with Chinese and Western options, while lunch and dinner are provided according to the camp itinerary.

8-DAY ITINERARY

Your Shaolin journey

Day 1 · Arrival

Meet and transfer from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport or Zhengzhou Railway Station, check in and receive your camp introduction.

Days 2–5 · Training & Culture

Structured martial arts training, physical conditioning, Chinese cultural activities and selected local experiences.

Day 6 · Graduation

Final focused training, demonstration, feedback, graduation certificate and commemorative group photograph.

Day 7 · Shaolin & Farewell

Selected Shaolin area visits, cultural experiences and a special farewell dinner with instructors and fellow students.

Day 8 · Departure

Breakfast, check out and transfer according to the official camp departure arrangements.

Stay Longer

Additional martial arts training and accommodation can be arranged before or after the camp, subject to availability and additional fees.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced martial artist, everyone is welcome.

Yes. No prior experience is required. Training programmes are designed to suit all levels, and beginners will build fitness and confidence over the course of the camp.

No. All training sessions, tours, and activities are conducted in English, with English speaking staff and guides available throughout the camp.

A reasonable level of general fitness is recommended, as the camp includes daily martial arts training and sightseeing activities.

Training can be adapted to suit different fitness levels. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor before participating.

Yes. Families are very welcome.

The camp is designed to accommodate both adults and children, making it an excellent opportunity to experience martial arts and Chinese culture together.

At the end of the camp, participants who complete the programme will receive an official International Shaolin Dragon Academy Graduation Certificate, presented during the graduation ceremony.

Camp sizes vary each year, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Students from around the world attend, providing a unique opportunity to train, travel, and build lasting friendships with people from different cultures.

A USD $100 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your place. The deposit will be deducted from your remaining camp balance.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days before the camp start date.
