At the International Shaolin Dragon Academy, every student receives a personalised training plan designed to match their goals, ability level, and interests. While our academy follows a fixed daily timetable (see below), the content of each session is adapted to you, ensuring the most effective path to progress.

Think of it like this: at a typical martial arts club, you might train two or three times a week. Here, with three to four sessions a day, six days a week, you can achieve the equivalent of two years of training in just one month. This immersive schedule accelerates your learning and deepens your martial arts experience.

There’s no pressure to push beyond your limits — you’ll start at a pace that suits you. With guidance from our certified masters, you’ll quickly build strength, flexibility, speed, stamina, and skill, no matter whether you’re a beginner or an experienced martial artist.

Below is our standard daily training structure. Your personal training plan will be designed together with your instructors upon arrival, ensuring the best balance between martial arts, conditioning, cultural classes, and recovery.
