The camp gave me structure and purpose. I came for Kung Fu, but I left with a new sense of discipline and resilience that I now apply to every part of my life.

The highlight for me was the Bodhidharma’s Cave hike. After days of intense training, standing there gave me a real connection to the roots of Kung Fu and Zen. A truly powerful moment.
