The International Shaolin Dragon Academy (ISDA) proudly presents its Professional Stunt Training Camp, led by expert instructors with extensive experience in film production, action choreography, and live performance.
Our programme goes beyond martial technique – we ensure participants develop the acting, movement, and performance skills essential for a commanding on-screen presence.

The International Shaolin Dragon Academy proudly announces that applications for the Stunt Training Camp 2026 are now open!
Accommodation & Meals
You will stay in carefully selected 4–5 star hotels, including the International Shaolin Dragon Academy Hotel (or an equivalent of comparable standard).
All rooms feature single or twin beds, private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, television, and telephone.
Single rooms are available for an additional USD $40 per day (subject to availability; not pre-bookable and arranged on-site if possible).
Meals:
- Breakfasts are buffet-style with both Western and Chinese options.
- Lunch and dinner are typically served in local restaurants or hotel dining halls.

How to Apply
- Applicants must be 18 years or older and hold a valid passport.
- Complete the application form and include a demo reel or CV showcasing your skills (unedited).
- Successful applicants will receive a welcome letter and a link to pay a deposit to secure their place.
- Book your flight to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport (CGO).
- Send us a copy of your travel itinerary – and we’ll see you in China!

- A deposit must be received within 5 working days of your acceptance email.
- Places are strictly limited.
- The remaining balance is due 90 days before the programme start date. Failure to do so may result in your place being offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Zhengzhou (27 July 2026)
Arrive at Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport or Zhengzhou Train Station, where our team will greet you and transfer you to the Academy.
In the evening, enjoy a special welcome dinner hosted by the Headmaster, who will share insights and tips to prepare you for your training ahead.
This marks the official start of your Stunt Training Camp.

Days 2–10 – Stunt Training (28 July – 5 August 2026)
Sample Daily Schedule
- Early Morning: 5:30 am – 7:00 am: Kung Fu / Wushu Foundation Training
- Morning: 9:00 am – 11:30 am: Stunt Training
- Midday: 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm: Rest
- Afternoon: 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm: Stunt Training
- Evening: 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm: Stunt Training
On Day 10, the programme concludes with a graduation ceremony, celebrating your achievements and progress.

Day 11: Shaolin Temple & Pagoda Forest (6 August 2026)
The day begins with a thrilling Shaolin Kung Fu performance, showcasing the legendary skills, power, and discipline of the Shaolin warriors, alongside a graceful Tai Chi demonstration highlighting balance and mindfulness.
Afterwards, explore the world-famous Shaolin Temple, the spiritual home of Kung Fu. Wander through its courtyards, halls, and shrines before visiting the Pagoda Forest, a remarkable collection of ancient stone pagodas that serve as memorials to generations of Shaolin monks.
In the afternoon, ascend Mount Songshan to reach Bodhidharma’s Cave, where the founder of Zen Buddhism is said to have meditated in solitude for nine years. The site offers breathtaking views and a profound cultural and spiritual experience.
As evening falls, return to Dengfeng for leisure time. Explore local restaurants, shops, and entertainment before enjoying the Zen Shaolin Music Festival, a spectacular event combining martial arts, music, and light displays — a fitting celebration of tradition and modern artistry.

Day 12: Dengfeng – Beijing (7 August 2026)
After breakfast, board a high-speed train to Beijing, travelling in comfort through scenic landscapes.
Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take the afternoon to rest or explore the surroundings at your own pace. The evening is free for you to relax and prepare for the exciting adventures that await in China’s capital.

Day 13: Beijing – Forbidden City & Temple of Heaven (8 August 2026)
Begin the day with a guided visit to the Forbidden City, the vast imperial palace complex that was home to emperors for over 500 years. Explore its magnificent halls, courtyards, and gardens, and immerse yourself in the stories of China’s dynastic past.
In the afternoon, continue to the Temple of Heaven, an architectural masterpiece where emperors once prayed for good harvests. Wander through its beautiful parkland and admire the iconic Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In the evening, stroll through Beijing’s atmospheric hutongs – narrow alleyways lined with traditional courtyard homes. This is a chance to experience the charm of old Beijing and glimpse daily life in the capital.

Day 14: Beijing – Great Wall & Farewell Dinner (9 August 2026)
Today you will visit the legendary Great Wall of China, one of the world’s most iconic landmarks. Depending on conditions, you’ll explore one of the most scenic sections, such as Mutianyu or Badaling, walking along its ancient pathways and taking in sweeping views of the surrounding mountains.
In the afternoon, enjoy free time in Beijing for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Options include the bustling Wangfujing Street or the modern shopping district of Xidan.
In the evening, gather with your fellow travellers for a special farewell dinner. Share stories, celebrate your achievements, and reflect on the unforgettable experiences of the journey.

Day 15: Departure from Beijing (10 August 2026)
After breakfast, it’s time to say farewell to China. You’ll be transferred to Beijing Capital International Airport for your return flight, or onward to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport if needed.
For those not ready to leave, an optional tour extension or additional study programme can be arranged with ISDA (advance booking required).
