How to Pay

We want your payment process to be as safe, simple, and stress-free as possible.

For your own protection, please only make payments directly to the academy using the approved methods listed below.

We never request payment through third parties, individuals, or outside companies (including agents or “representatives”). If a refund is ever required, we can only return funds to the original account from which the payment was made. Payments made via unauthorised channels cannot be refunded directly to you.

Unfortunately, there are occasional fraud attempts in the training and travel sector. If anyone asks you to send money to them personally or to an unverified account, stop and contact us immediately to verify before making any payment.

Our preferred method is bank transfer, as it is both secure and straightforward. However, we also accept the following:

• Academy Online Payment – Quick and convenient, directly via our secure portal.
• Bank Transfer – Safe and reliable, especially for international payments.
• Sponsored Students – See details below.

If your tuition fees are being paid by a sponsor, we will need written proof that they have agreed to cover the full cost of your course.

For companies sponsoring a student, they must email hello@shaolinxl.com with:

• The student’s name
• The exact amount they will be paying
• The full invoice address for billing purposes

If you have a sponsor, please confirm this as soon as possible after receiving your offer. Without satisfactory proof, you will be personally liable for the fees.

Family members and friends cannot be considered official sponsors. Their payment will count as self-funding, but they are welcome to make the payment on your behalf.

We understand that paying in one lump sum is not always practical. If you would like to arrange a payment plan to spread the cost, please contact our support team and we will be happy to discuss options with you.

A receipt will be issued once your payment has cleared into the academy’s account. Please note that this may take up to three weeks from the date of payment, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
